Band: naturally stretches a bit, but keeping in mind the long life of this bra it becomes obvious that it has a very high quality. Unfortunately the bands of all my Change bras have a tendency of rolling up under the cups, but I used to wash them in the washing machine, so this might be what caused it. Two hooks + eyes.
Cups: are not padded in the sense that there are little cushions or pockets for them, but in the sense that they’re made of a thicker material. Still, they’re quite flexible and don’t keep shape by themselves. They are extremely shallow and the wires are wide. This just might be the cutest bra I ever owned, I mean, look at it! It has a grey foundation with small lighter grey dots, then comes a flower garland lave, and then shimmering pink that gradually turns grey in a zigzag embroidery, and then grey flower lace. It’s really quite a gem.
Details: The shoulder straps are embroidered, the gore has grey lace and pink embroidery, and at the bottom there’s another little piece of lace. The grand finale is the cutest little pink bow!
Fit: this is a bra that doesn’t really lift or shape, but rather just holds the breasts up. This said, they end up lower than I am used to, and doesn’t give that much cleavage itself, but the cleavage really consists of the cups being too shallow which gives a quad-boob effect close to the gore. Not really flattering under clothes and not that practical during the day, since I have to keep checking and correcting. The cups are too wide and high on sides cuts a little in the armpits. In the above picture the quad-boob isn’t that visible (it gets worse after time), but the band looks like it cuts in, even though this isn’t the case, it’s just newly washed and will stretch out in the next hour. The gore is almost tacking.
Conclusion: this might not be the world’s best bra, but it is a faithful servant. It works if I’m not wearing anything too tight, and it gives fairly good support. I just wish that Changes 60-bands would go up more cup sizes than H, maybe then the most acute problems would disappear. But since I worn this A LOT during the years, it’s quite incredible that it still sticks together. No torn seems or lace whatsoever, and the band is still quite elastic. I.e. Quality.
